No Show / Late Arrivals
No refund will be issued for failure to board during the boarding window. The harbormaster strictly enforces the time in which the boat can dock for passenger ingress and egress. The boat will not be able to wait for stragglers. We strongly encourage passengers to show up early and to board promptly.
Change of Date
We understand that plans change and vacations don’t always go as planned. You may change your booking to a future date (at no additional charge) by contacting the office during business hours at least one business day before your scheduled tour. You may change your booking to an earlier date by contacting the office at least one business day before the new tour date.
Poor Weather – Unsafe Weather Conditions
The harbormaster has the authority to declare unsafe weather conditions. This does not prevent us from sailing, but it does prevent us from hosting water activities (e.g. snorkeling, diving board, and water slide). These portions of the itinerary will be substituted with onboard activities. When the harbormaster gives us advance notice, we attempt to contact our passengers with an offer to reschedule. No refunds, partial or whole, will be offered due to the harbormaster’s declaration of unsafe weather conditions.
Poor Weather – Cancellation of All Types of Navigation
The harbormaster has the authority to declare a cancelation of all types of navigation. We will contact you to inform you of the trip cancellation and attempt to reschedule your tour. We understand that rescheduling is not always possible and we will provide a full refund if you are unable to reschedule.
